First time here and had a lovely relaxing time. I got a nice BIAB treatment on my nails and Alina took her time prepping my nails and making sure she done a great job. Giving me good tips on how to take care of my nails.

My experience for the first time was good, however, in my case, my hand is very dry and that's why I prefer to soak my hand in water before starting to remove the cuticle or apply a cream to soften it. This is just my suggestion to improve service. :)
