Hi, I'm Lottie and I'm a hair stylist at the Blowout Company! I’ve been hairdressing for four years and have always loved having a job where I can be creative while meeting new people. For me, one of the best parts of being a stylist is seeing how good someone feels when their hair is finished. I particularly love creating beautiful, bouncy blowdries and have developed a real love for styling during my time working in blow-dry bars. When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually planning a holiday or looking for somewhere sunny to escape to. Fun Fact: My special skills include Hula Hooping!
Hi, I'm Lisa and I'm a nail specialist at the Blowout Company! I’ve been working as a nail specialist for five years and love that no two appointments are ever quite the same. There’s always a new technique, finish or idea to try, which keeps the creative side of the job interesting. I’m particularly proud that I took the leap and started my own business just after Covid. I love helping clients leave feeling that little bit more polished, sometimes something as simple as freshly done nails can make such a difference. Outside work, most of my time is spent with my daughter. We love cinema trips, parks, weekend walks, browsing markets and finding somewhere good to eat. Fun Fact: I love spending time at the driving range!
Hi, I'm Alice and I am both a hair stylist and nail specialist at the Blowout Company. I have 13 years’ experience as a hair stylist and eight years as a manicurist, so beauty has been a big part of my life for a long time. I love the social side of the job just as much as the creative side. Getting to meet so many different people, have a proper chat and help someone leave feeling great is what keeps the job interesting, and after more than a decade, I still genuinely get excited by new opportunities and ideas. Most of my free time is spent with my five-year-old son. We’re big fans of exploring the seaside, usually with an ice cream involved.
Hi, I'm Bessie & I'm a hairstylist at The Blowout Company! I’ve been working as a hairdresser since 2014 and love the mix of creativity and people that comes with the job. Styling and colour are particular favourites of mine, but ultimately I love helping clients find something that suits them and leaves them feeling confident. Over the years, I’m especially proud of the experience I’ve built and the relationships I’ve formed with my clients. Outside the salon, I’m a mum of two, so most of my spare time is happily taken up with family life.
Hi I'm Katie and I'm a part time hair stylist at The Blowout Company! I have more than 20 years’ experience in the hair industry, working everywhere from independent and larger salons to session styling, brand work and even a barbershop. That variety has given me a really broad skill set, but I still think there’s always something new to learn, which is part of what keeps the industry interesting. I’ve loved hair from a young age, particularly the way different textures, styles and techniques can completely change how someone feels. Outside the salon, I’m into fitness, food, beauty and getting out on an adventure. I’m also a mum, so most of my spare time is spent with my son, friends and family. Fun Fact: I'm also a qualified Fitness Instructor!
Hi, I'm Shay and I'm a part time stylist at The Blowout Company! I’ve been working in hair for 10 years, having started in the industry at 16. Styling has always been the part I love most, especially creating a finished look that makes someone immediately feel good. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with some brilliant clients throughout my career, including a few familiar faces, which has been a really fun part of the journey so far. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym, out for brunch or catching up with friends.
Hi, I'm Lottie and I'm the Salon Manager at The Blowout Company! I’ve been hairdressing for 15 years, starting my career training and working at John Frieda Mayfair. Along the way, I’ve worked on projects including Vogue, Glamour, Victoria Secret and London Fashion Week. I spent a year working in a salon in Melbourne, and on my return to the UK, I worked my way up to managing a blow-dry bar over seven years. I love the creative side of hairdressing, but just as much, I love the people. As Salon Manager, I’m really proud to be building a talented, friendly team and creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and looked after. Outside the salon, I’m usually with my two golden retriever puppies, planning my next trip, practising yoga or heading somewhere by the water. Fun Fact: I’m also a qualified yoga teacher and a lifelong theatre fan.
