After making my appt and receiving the text confirmation, I received a phone call from the salon next day changing appt time. When I arrived at the salon they didn't know anything about my appt despite it being someone from the salon who called and my showing them both text confirmations. Eventually however, someone did see me. Not a very good experience and I certainly don't book through 'Treatwell' again.
I got a gift voucher for TBW as I've been coming here for years for my beauty treatments but really needed my hair done so booked in for a cut & colour! Why I haven't used the salon to get my hair done before now is beyond me!! The hairdresser (Karyn) was fantastic, did an incredible job! My hair has never looked so heathy & I'm most definitely the right shade of blonde! Would highly recommend!
I am new to the area & had been recommended by a few friends to try this salon, I'm so glad that I did!! Aside from the treatments being spot on I felt so comfortable in this place as soon as I arrived. After a warm welcome from the receptionist I was led through to the beauty area for what was literally a painless Brazilian wax then to the nail bar for the most perfect set of gel nails! Therapists were really lovely, salon was exactly the kind of place I like - not pretentious, I'll be seeing you again soon girls!
This salon is fab. I've been for a course, 6 sessions, of IPL hair removal here. The machine was great, the results are great, the staff were fab and always phoned me to confirm my appointment a couple of days in advance. Absolutely faultless, highly recommended. And if you are thinking it's a bit far out if you live in town, believe me, it's worth the trip. I am hair free and happy!
