Kayla was fantastic - did exactly what I asked for the massage and I left the facial glowing. The room for massages and facials is a bit cramped but nothing major.

My massage was brilliant and the massage therapist was very welcoming. They were running half an hour late though which was a shame. They apologised for the delay and it didn’t affect my experience too much.
