The facial was OK but didn't last an hour and fifteen minutes as advertised, it was about one hour or perhaps a little less. I wasn't a huge fan of the Karin herzog products.

Everything was pretty good with the exception of the extras. I asked for 2 colour highlights and was told there'd be an extra charge, which I was fine with. But they added a third colour and I paid for it even though I didn't ask for it. I also left with dye stains all over my neck, ears, face, and jaw line. It's a great deal and nice place if you don't want any extras.

I was spoilt by three of the best beauticians ever. All three worked on getting my manicure perfect. My hands look fab. This is such a gem in the East End. Friendly,experienced and good value. I had french manicure. No gellac.

I was immediately greeted with a smile by the two ladies. I was a little nervous when I discovered the girl cutting my hair spoke very little English but I soon relaxed and she did a fantastic job! Several of my friends commented on how great my hair looked. It was also really nice to be presented with a cup of tea and a box of chocolates half way through!
