So glad to have found this salon! I have been going for a hollywood and leg wax a few times now and I'm very impressed with the service provided.
Ilona in particular always makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. She's very thorough and makes sure every hair is removed and also gives useful tips on skincare. Plus she's chatty and quick so you don't feel you're there for very long.
The wax used is very soothing and of good quality. I thought it would be painful but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was less painful than my old salon.
The interior of the salon is also nicely decorated and clean. Good pricing and would highly recommend!

I came to this venue for the first time to change my hairstyle and was not disappointed! The place is clean and cozy, staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Lilia is an amazing professional! When she finished, my hair looked exactly as I wanted! I am really happy with my new haircut, will be coming back :)) RECOMMEND

The salon was of a good standard, clean and very modern decor helping it to feel warm and friendly. The staff where also quite polite and offered tea, drinks etc. The haircut was good, style is what I wanted however my fringe is completely wonky-I don't understand what the hairdresser was trying to do! I'd definitely say don't risk having a fringe cut in as now I need to pin it back because it just doesn't look right at all.

I am regular visitor to the Beauty Lounge and would thoroughly recommend their beauty room. I am always made to feel comfortable,rested,refreshed and not rushed .This is a really nice treat in East London. Good value for money and great staff ;) Thank you girls
