Great service! Lovely lady who is very attentive. She even remembered who I was even though I had only been once before!! I have already recommended it to my friends and will continue to do so. Hopefully I'll be able to make another visit before I move back to nz. 5 stars!!!

I have been coming to this salon for a few months now. My eyebrows were ruined by previous salon and I must admit I thought I could never have the shape I wanted again. But Ilona did wonders and I almost have the desired shape again. She has got great attention to detail and listens to her clients carefully. This is my new salon and I would recommend it to anyone!!!

At 28 my first ever wax and despite the horror stories it was a perfectly pleasant experience, thanks very much to IIona who made me feel comfortable in such an uncomfortable setting. I will definetly be back.

The interior of this friendly salon belies its mundane exterior on Leytonstone High Road. It's very new and nicely decorated inside and a very welcoming environment both in terms of staff and ambience. I had a really fun consultation with Lillia (apols if spelling is incorrect), who is recently over from Ukraine, in Russian, with perfect translation by her colleague, who is Estonian I believe, into English. They took a lot of care to make sure I got what I wanted, more than the average. I also got a proper latte and chocolates. I was pleased with the haircut and blowdry. Lillia started English college today so she'll be doing her consultations in English in no time I'm sure, not that it bothered me in the slightest as her colleagues spoke excellent English, she does a good haircut and she didn't ask me about my holidays - win win!
