I arrived 20 min before my appointment, so I was seated and told to wait for Kristina. I think It's professional to offer a tea/coffee/water to a customer. They didn't. Kristina was ready on time, she introduced herself and took me to separate room for the treatment. The room looked clean, warm, relaxing music was playing. I lied down and she started, but then I realized I forgot to remove my eye lens. I apologized and asked her If I could get a napkin. She didn't say anything, just pointed at it, looking pissed. (In my opinion I should be asked if I wear eye lenses, but that's not that important) She didn't wear gloves and didn't even wash her hands before touching my eyes. When she was doing the treatment, I was just hoping to get to the end soon. That was not the first time I had LVL and it never hurt before. This time it was really really uncomfortable. I don't think it was necessary to pull the lashes that much. Every time she touched the lashes to apply a product I was in pain. I was releaved when she started to take off all the plasters I had around my eyes. But instead of doing it gently wit use of water to peel them of easily, she basically depilated me. And there was more pain to come. When taking of the pad, she teared off my eyelash I almost screamed. She didn't apologize even though she heard me sigh from pain. Never again. Absolutely unprofessional, disgusting and painful.
