I booked the AnaLotan facial for my mum. I initially called and enquired which facial has extraction and was told the AnaLotan does but I booked the wrong one. The lovely Kristina called me the same day to inform me that the one I booked wasn't the correct one. She kindly changed it to the right facial. My mum came home soo happy and relaxed. she loved it
