It was my first time attending The Beauty Lounge E11, definitely would recommend it, and I will be definitely going back. I was made to feel very comfortable as the staff were polite and very welcoming. Overall experience was great and special thanks especially to Jasmine as she carried out the treatment, very skilled and professional.

Hollywood wax by Jasmin: fast, thorough, almost painless. Jasmin is very professional and friendly at the same time, makes one feel at ease.
Gel manicure by Regina: great as always. Regina takes her time to prep nails so manicure looks perfect. She always adds new colours to her already wide range.
