I had a Hollywood wax and for the first time ever I wasn’t really happy with the result. The technique used wasn’t my usual however I wanted to trust the technician’s advice. At the end of the treatment there was patches of hair left which I later removed myself with a twister. Hopefully if I revisit it will be better

Sadly it wasn’t great cold and uncomfortable room a flashlight from a phone was used to make the room more “comfortable and relaxing” the therapist know from a previous salon and she made things awkward - the service itself was ok was only charged £60 and was an ok ish facial - therapist made it a point to tell me she’s now a manager Would I go back probably not
