The treatment lasted 30 minutes instead of the 45 minutes as advertised, which was disappointing. The beautician asked me what treatment I needed, rather than examining my skin and making recommendations. The room should have been warm to enhance comfort, but instead, I was struggling with the cold. During the treatment, soft music should have been played in the background, not Radio 2. This was not the experience I was expecting after reading the reviews.
