I will not be returning to the beauty clinic Kingston. My haircut was absolutely beautiful and for this alone i would have given 5 stars and i would have wanted to go back in the future. However I paid on treatwell my £35 cut, wash and blowdry and on arriving at the shop and telling the hairdresser how i would like my hair i was informed this is a "restyle" which it was slightly shorter than i normally get it - but the same style. They advised me that i would have to pay more for the blowdry but that the restyle would cost the previously paid £35. I asked twice how much more and they did not answer me only said we will deal with it after the hair cut - if they had advised me i wouldn't have went forward with this.
I expected to pay a further £10 maybe upon leaving the store i was told i should have been charged an additional £40 but that they would only charge me £30.
Outside of a very well known salon i do not know any hairdressers who charge £40 to blow dry hair.
On the website there is a time guideline of 1.5 hours which my haircut wash and dry was well within by 20 minutes.
Feeling obliged i paid the money and left.
I really value transparency with treatwell and with the treatments i choose on this site.
I was not sure whether it was the clarity on the website or the salon itself but regardless i paid £65 for a haircut and blowdry and left feeling ripped off.
It is a small and not well known salon with 2 chairs. I avoided the large branded salons because i did not want to pay this amount to have my hair done.
I will unlikely be using either treatwell or this salon in the future as it has left me extremely untrusting of the whole thing.
This would have been a very positive experience if not for this. I always have my hair cut the same way and have been to numerous other salons - through treatwell and booked online and never had this happen. I think it is an absolute disgrace and left feeling as though i had been robbed.

I purchased a Brazilian HOT wax from Treatwell to have at this clinic. I got there and it was a nice looking clinic and staff appeared nice. Went to have the wax and here were the issues:
1. Just before she started she said some rude things which frankly were very embarrassing for me, not a good way to start.
2. She did not use hot wax and refused to use it unless I paid more. She continued with the strip wax which I told her would damage my skin (which it did).
3. As far as I am aware a Brazilian (which I have has numerous times at other clinics) is a small amount of hair left with everything else cleaned. She refused to do this and instead gave me an extended bikini wax and again said this is all I had paid for.
Overall, I would NEVER GO BACK to this salon or recommend it to anyone, she was incredibly rude and does not offer the correct service as advertised on her site.
