This was my first wax and the staff were very efficient, thorough and quick! The space is very small but looks nicer on the inside than I expected from the street, and I was surprised to be in and out in 30 minutes. I'd like to try a few other places to compare services, and if I go back to The Beauty Clinic, I'd take cash with me; the card machine almost didn't work.

Although my appointment was at 10.30am and I arrived on time the colour was not even applied till nearly 11am. A more prompt start would be appreciated as it makes the time spent in salon over 3 hours!
