Really friendly staff and very relaxing salon. Head massage was amazing and felt very relaxed afterwards. The eye brow threading was very sore though which spoilt the zen like feeling I had after the massage. The shape is great; very happy with that.

Salon is small but nice. I was a bit disappointed that the "Gel Nails Manicure" was actually only shellac polish without any manicure-type pampering.

Quite honestly a really upsetting experience. The staff seemed poorly trained in giving ombre, massive chunks of hair were left out and bleached placement was so gappy. Bleach was slapped on the hair, and 5/6 times she had to physically rub my hair with a tissue to remove excess bleach from root area? Bleach was splattered over my sleeves of my top, my book and hand. When it came to removal, she used an old towel and a water spray bottle?
They then told me it would be more than the agreed price on the all. Left utterly hating the colour it has given me. Would never go again.
