The lady sounded rude on the phone but when I got there she Esdras friendly. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the place. The manicure could have been done better and I felt like the luxury pedicure was over priced.

Waited for over an hour for my appointment. The facial was supposed to include threading, didn't even receive that. The facial didn't even seem to make a difference, had a breakout a day later anyways. Will not be booking here again.
