Lady at the desk was lovely but the member of staff who did my nails wasn't great. The nail station was pretty cramped (I was sat between two other customers and there were only high stools available so I had to pretty much hoist myself onto the chairs (being 5 foot, it was pretty embarrassing). My shellac treatment wasn't great and lasted only 1 week, so I didn't feel it was great value for money.

I did a French shellac and I'm very pleased with the results. The staff are very polite and professional. Beauty Box is a very clean venue and I would recommend it to others.
