I just had my eyebrows threaded at The Beauty Box - and can honestly say that that was the least pleasant / worst customer experience I've ever had. The lady who did my eyebrows was really rude, abrupt and almost aggressive! Also - she did the whole thing as fast as possible. Lastly, the quality of what she achieved in the 5 minutes she devoted to me was pretty low too.
Really handy lunchtime appointment, which was quick and easy. It was, potentially so quick that it was a little slap dash, and for the price, I expected more. I was in and out in 15 minutes, so for that, you can't complain too much.
Excellent, excellent therapist - the salon itself isn't the most prepossessing, but she was genuinely excellent and very fast.
Larissa was wonderful - did a great job and very sweet and friendly. Unfortunately I arrived for my shellac pedicure with the previous round of shellac and was told that I'd be charged another £15 to remove it, on top of the £45 for the pedicure. I can understand charging for removal when the customer is downgrading but this felt like robbery. Also, there are no pedi chairs so you'll be sat on a massage table. Not the most comfortable setup for the high prices.
The service itself was excellent, though.
