Went for a two week manicure and the therapist was aggressive with cuticles and made them bleed, which is a massive faux-pas. I'm not a nail biter and my cuticles are in good shape. She was friendly if a bit inexperienced. Location and hours great for city workers.

Shocking customer service. I have been coming here for years - I booked my usual wax, was a few minutes late for my appointment and was rudely turned away without eye contact from the front desk. No flexibility whatsoever. Very disappointing and expected better after several years of loyalty. I will obviously be going somewhere else from now on.
I didn't have to wait at all in order to get my appointment,which is amazing!
The treatments lasted 15' exactly as I was told and it was amazing! Waxing with no irritated skin and amazing result!

Very convenient location next to the station. Very lovely welcoming staff. A little on the expensive side but i suppose you are paying for the location. Very happy with my French Shellac Manicure
