The place itself isn't anything special but the lady who did my manicure was lovely, took the time to ensure I was happy with my nail shape and the colour I had choseno and the manicure itself is lasting very well. It's not cheap but the location is very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Ambience is fine. Staff are friendly. But a terrible wax. I've been getting waxed every month for five years and this one left me with red raw legs and bikini line. The strip wasn't pulled on in one go and she kept half pulling it off and then ripping again.
Saying that, I have had waxes here before that were great so might have just been a bad experience

After browsing other beauty salons around liverpool street, I was keen to try The Beauty box as it is very close to my office. The location is easy to find, staff are friendly and the shellac manicure was great! Will definitely come back :)
