I booked through treatwell for a bikini wax at £14. I asked for hot wax which is an extra £4 which is fine as I do prefer hot wax, but when I come out I am told I had an extended bikini wax and am charged £25 (even though extended bikini waxes are charged at 20, so should've been 24). Dont get me wrong it was a good wax, but I dont like the surprise of being charged more than I had anticipated to pay and having never visited this salon for a wax before I assumed what I was having was their standard bikini wax, not extended.

The therapist Chloe was great, but without proper sitting it was uncomfortable. We were in a treatment room with me laying on a bed twisting my arms across each other in order for the therapist to be able to get to each hand - with the setting lamp on my lap! Not ideal - however, the result was very good, and very good value.
