I arrived at The spa just before my scheduled appointment time. I was checked in and asked to sit down. there I sat for the next 20 mins without a single word on the reason for the delay (So customer service wise I will rank poorly, though no one was outrightly rude to me, it's rude to not acknowledge the delay in the scheduled appointment). Re: actual electrolysis Treatment. it was a consultation that lasted about 15 mins. there was some discomfort which I didn't mind. but then I got and had a look at my treated area and noticed that every single area that was treat, my skin was ripped off at the electrolysis needle entry point. it was raw and pink. This is not the 1st time I have had electrolysis so I had an idea of what to expect. but I did not expect to see pink flesh (past Treatment was a little sore, tender, swollen and red for 24hrs) but never was pink flesh revealed post Treatment. I will definitely not be using them for electrolysis Treatment again.

I was left with wax everywhere (not good in the bikini area!) and an uneven/asymmetrical pattern.
