Courtney is brilliant. She made sure my daughter's hair was exactly what she wanted. My daughter was extremely happy with her experience. It's hard to find somewhere that doesn't look at your inspo picture and start making excuses for why it won't look the same on you. We went for a dry cut, as my daughter isn't comfortable with sitting for a long time, so the style she wanted was tricky without a blow dry, but it didn't stop Courtney from getting it just right. Thank you so much.

Honestly pretty shoddy. Didn’t spend enough time at the start listening to or understanding what I wanted and cut it way too blunt. Also left uneven and totally uncut parts - had to fix at home.
