Sarah made the whole experience a positive one for my daughter, she felt listened to and pampered and received an amazing haircut that she is over the moon with.

First time here and definitely not the last! Courtney was lovely, professional and super friendly! She listened to what I had in mind, advised if it’s good for me and outdid my expectations! Very happy! See you in September the latest ;)

despite having the morning from hell, Courtney was great! She listened to my daughter, made sure she understood exactly what she wanted, and we left with a lovely haircut 😊😊😊

Caroline was great as ever, booked in with her again because I had such a great experience the first time round. Loved how my hair turned out both times with her!

Another lovely cut from the guys at The Basement! Courtney was great; attentive and efficient and gave me plenty of notice beforehand when she had to delay my appointment slightly so I didn’t have to sit and wait in the salon. Thanks so much!
