Sarah was really lovely, easy to talk to even though I'm generally a quiet person, I found a lot that I could share with her. She was very professional, giving me beautiful highlights and just as I'd requested in my haircut. She was also very attentive, making me a brew and offering me a 2nd one a couple of times. I felt very looked after. Will definitely be going back there next time :)
