The treatment itself was perfect and the therapist was a real pleasure to deal with. She did a great job. Venue was clean and well decorated. My only concern was that I was not contacted in advance to have a mandatory patch test done and therefore my appointment, which I could not reschedule for personal reasons, was almost cancelled. This was apparently Wahanda's fault which was not an acceptable response, and led to me having to phone back several times in order to resolve the issue.
Treatment by Wahanda Set Up
The spa is lovely and well presented.. The only downfalls are there's hardly any mobile signal in the area..so make any phone calls prior to entering the location. We also felt that the spa team were quite rushed and insisted on telling us that need to clean up by 5:15. It didn't help with the relaxation and was unprofessional. In addition to this the music from the gym which is situated right next to the spa over powers the spa music. It's too loud and wrecks the mood.
I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. It was my first time having a Swedish massage and I was pleasantly surprised. It was Just what I needed after a stressful week at work. The service was great and it was great value for money. Will definitely be going back again.
Treatment by Wahanda Set Up
Went with a friend and we both liked having our treatments in the same room. Hiring the robe and slippers was a good option as it made you feel relaxed. There wasn't much food or drinks available so having a spa day isn't a good idea as you may end up hungry. The treatment was really good and the jacuzzi, pool, steam and sauna facilities are fine. For the price you pay it's very good value for money.
Booked a spa day and found the facilities to be really good. Me and my friend liked the relaxation room which we used before our facials. Very good value for money.
