Charged twice for booking no refund, not clear what you are paying. Once I booked and was not charged, another time charged 60p which was discounted at spa another time charged twice to book an appointment and then again in the spa and no refund
I had a gents pedi bought for me by my daughter, it was great! Very relaxing and the staff are really friendly.

Another fantastic massage via a Bannatyne Spa. This branch is local to me and its the first time I have been, all the staff both in the spa and the main reception were very friendly and helpful. I have been to another Bannatyne's spa and I am very pleased to have had a consistent experience. The massage was the exact pressure for me, all the aching muscles were soothed and I look forward to returning soon.
NB as I only had the massage I can't score the spa facilities fully but what I used was fine.

excellent visit, had a great day, relaxing treatments , staff very friendly.
The facilities are very good, lovely large pool & two Jacuzzi's.
