Was bought this spa day as a gift by my mother and sister in law, which i attended on Saturday with my mum.
On arrival the staff were slow to welcome us, barely showed us round and left us to our own devices. we put our stuff in the locker and went to look for the relaxation room as shown on their website for this location. We discovered the spa was undergoing refurbishment so there was no relaxation room but we were welcome to use their temporary relaxation room, which was the cafe seating area which is in the gym reception and is in full view of a large car park. Not my idea of relaxing. I'd have felt extremely uncomfortable sitting there in my robe while people went for their zumba class.
There was a swimming lesson taking place in the pool so we left to go shopping instead, as our treatment was not until late afternoon.
When we came back a few hours later to lounge around the pool, the showers in the changing rooms stank, the pool area was filthy and one of the jacuzzis was completely out of use.
We wandered upstairs for our treatment, were met with rude staff and finally led to our dual massage room. The massage took place which felt lovely at the time but we had to ask the staff members to bring us water. As we sat up once they had left the room my neck was extremely painful and i could not turn my head to the right. When the lady who carried out the massage on my mum returned i had to ask her to loosen up my neck. She said she did not know what the other girl had done but she had completely left me in knots and i needed a further 15 minute massage so i could turn my head.
Overall, this was a shambles.
I would strongly recommend no one wastes money on this sh!t hole.
Not a great spray tan - one leg much darker than the other and legs and hands about 5 shades darker! Booth not very clean, very sticky floor

Really great beautician. But as with all waxes did go home to find a few hairs that shouldn't of been there!
