I booked ahead but was treated like a walk-in. It was an ok experience, but my nails look like I attempted to shellac them myself. Have definitely had better manis elsewhere. Polish was applied really quickly which means it's thicker on some fingers, and the topcoat is uneven, patchy and even lumpy. Nail tips weren't capped to prevent chipping and the whole treatment was more like an express mani - in fact I've had longer lasting express treatments! Being honest, I probably won't come back.
