The service and experience was excellent. Real coffee, great head massage and comfortable, relaxing environment. However I was disappointed with the colour I received. Having been previously and absolutely loving the colour, I was disappointed that my hair dresser this time round seemed nervous and an unsure of what she was doing and on return home, the ash dye left my hair looking very very grey. A week later, and 10 washes, its now lighter and manageable but for the cost, I was disappointed. My advice, if booking a colour - go in and talk to them before hand.
