The venue was good but the atmosphere was not great. As you would expect the day before lock down, the salon was very busy and the stylist seemed stressed. As a result, I don’t think a lot of time and attention was given to my haircut. I asked the stylist for a long Bob, which was obviously misheard and I came out of the salon with a very short Bob. I had agreed for the back to be shorter but it was too late to say something when I realised she had cut one side very short. Very upsetting.
