My appointment had to be rescheduled twice, which I understood but it felt like they didn’t actually have time for this appointment. The whole thing felt rushed and Ciara was very uninterested and just seemed to be trying to get rid of me ASAP. The actual haircut was ok but I had to keep asking for things to be done. Really disappointed as I’ve also loved coming here before.

Amy was amazing with my son who is 23 months old, this is his third hair cut and we had no tears this time! Amy was wonderful, making sure he was okay throughout and distracting him. She was quick and efficient and we have one very happy little boy.
