My hair has been blow dry wasn't good as I was expected .after go out my hor became more worst looking than before .And it cost too much compared with the price I had booked for .and the staff can't speak English to me and was not smile to me at all . I won't never come back again .

Jenny was very quiet / shy (left me to read my books) which is awesome when sometimes all you want to do is relax, drink a coffee and get your hair done. She coloured my hair. I'm not sure how it will turn out as I haven't washed it yet and sometimes blonde goes brassy / the roots show up too soon - I will see. But so far so good. The blow drying was amazing. She fussed and brushed and teased and smoothed and sprayed loads of stuff in it. I felt like a new woman and didn't get the ordinary boring blow dry. Jenny's blow dry inspired me that I don't have to have the same frumpy look and can use tools in new ways. Thank you!

Upfront deposits could potentially be taken so ppl turn up to their appointments. A customer did not turn up when supposed to and it delayed things. Also payment should be made possible by card st the venue.

The salon looked great and I had read good reviews online as well as having friends who have used the salon before. However, thw lady cutting my hair was new to the salon and the haircut was not up to scratch. On 3 seperate occasions during the haircut, I had to inform her that it was not straight, with one side being at least a cm or more longer than the other - even after having been told after one query that it definitely was straight. Bearing in mind that I was having a relatively short haircut, this was quite distressing. I asked her to check my whole head rather than just the front where I had noticed the issue, which she did, however when I got home and restyled it there were still a number of places which were not the same length, meaning that I either keep a haircut that is not good enough, or pay for another haircut to fix the issue. Extremely disappointing.

I can recommend, my hair dresser knew how to cut short hair and was very efficient but not hurried. Also had the bonus of a complimentary cold beer whilst I was having my hair cut, which was nice on such a hot afternoon.
