Asked for some advice for a new hair cut but didn't felt that I was taken very seriously. The cut is okay. Washing + cutting all pretty standard. Don't think it was worth the 40 GBP.

My hairdresser, Anna is fab! She takes her time and is incredibly attentive to detail. I've had terrible experiences with having paid out ridiculous amounts of money with other places. I love the ambience and hospitality. My hair is very dark but Anna was able to achieve the balyage effect I was after. Thank you Anna!!!
