I chose this salon because it was close to my house, good value for money, and had good reviews on treatwell. I had a perfectly good haircut and blow dry, however I found the experience was quite tentative, as if it was the hairdressers first time cutting hair. She did a great job and was pleasant and gave me a drink, however as I was the only person in the salon at the time, there was a slightly awkward atmosphere. Of course the hair cut and blow dry is the most important thing, and I was more than happy with that, but if I was looking for more of an 'experience' to go with it, I didn't quite get that.

Lovely hair coloring. I did have to pay extra for a toner and a cut which was fine but no one gave me the choice to have a toner or not which I didn’t think was right
