I had balayage and a blow dry. My blow dry was great, but unfortunately the colour (I'm blonde) wasn't right, and once the toner had washed out two weeks later I was left with a brassy ring around my head that didn't match my roots or my length. Unfortunately when I visited the salon, I was told it was meant to look like that and they were unable to help me besides another toner. An expensive mistake unfortunately that I had to remedy elsewhere!
