I came away with a good haircut, especially for the price. Unfortunately I was kept waiting 35 minutes for my appointment as Anita was running behind schedule. This would have been fine if she'd called me to let me know before I came in, or at least told me approximately how long she'd be once I'd arrived. Once I was in the chair, she answered her mobile phone twice during the cut and her product agent arrived during the cut as well who she walked off to talk to for a few minutes while my hair was still wet. However, Anita was very friendly and gave me a decent hair cut. Just don't expect excellent customer service.

I highly recommend this salon. Anita did an excellent job reviving my bleached out hair with some lowlights to break up the blond mass and a few highlights on new growth. And she gave me a great cut. Lots of people came in the salon while I was there; this is clearly a very popular place. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that we got started quite late. In terms of skill/quality of the color and cut, I *would* give five stars.

I had the balayage and it was generally good except that on one side it didn't look blended in but rather was quite a straight line of bleached colour & toner. After bleaching my hair it was a bright orange hue which I mentioned upfront that I didn't want. This was fixed with a toner at an extra £5. Also, seemed that a bit of the colour ended up cut off so there is less of the colour visible. All in all i am happy with the result. Tea was offered which was much appreciated.
