I was totally satisfied! The staff was. Very accommodating and pleasent, they tried to entertain my toddler boy while I was having my hair done. Always have been offered drink and looked after.
I had a couple of highlights done by Anita and blond hombre style. She's a brilliant stylist and I was very pleased with my cuts too!
It worth the travel from East London!

Anita was friendly and kind, I was happy about my hair considering I booked only a few hours before. I had to wait an hour but she stayed overtime as I was her last appointment so that was fine

Anita was very friendly and nice. The salon could do with some improvements but was expected for the price. The appearance of the salon was no reflection on Anita who is a very talented stylist.
The balayage was very nice, although I wished it came out slightly blonder rather than bronze/copper in colour. This could have been achieved if the bleach was left on longer and a toner was used afterwards. This may have been because we were running out of time (2 hour slots is not enough for everyone). However, still satisfied with the colour and great value for money.
The cut was perfect and so was the blowdry. I walked out of there pleased with the overall result.
