I had a really great haircut, my hair was in need of some serious TLC and now it looks fantastic. Staff were all lovely, I'll definitely go back.
A bit of a loud and chaotic environment due to the other hairdressers (not Anita) and pretty expensive. However, Anita was lovely and very talented, although works quite slowly so allow lots of time if you're having anything more than a hair cut. Coffee and biscuits were excellent though as the afternoon drew into evening, it would have been nice if I had been offered a glass of wine from the collection they had there...maybe I should have just asked. I would return as I trust Anita to do a good job as she takes her work very seriously...don't think I'd use any of the other hairdressers though as they seemed very immature.
Haircut was great. I particularly enjoyed the massage and glass of wine that came with it! I will be back!
Slight struggle with a language barrier and communicating but my stylist knew how to help increase the health of my hair and gave me great advice. She did have to rush the end of my blow dry though which made me a little uncomfortable.
I have lived in London for many years and never really found a hairdresser that I liked. Well, the search is over! What a great place. Klaudia really listened to what I wanted and did such a fantastic job with my colour. I am so happy with the result and will definitely be going back.
