This was my first session with Stephen and I wasn’t disappointed. He worked mainly on the upper part of my body as I’ve been suffering from a very stiff neck and suffering from shoulder pain. He expertly worked on the (many) knots with a deep tissue massage using his hands and elbows and it was obvious from the get go that he was very experienced and knew what he was doing. After an hour, I felt a bit pummelled but it was exactly what I asked for and needed! Would def go back again.
