Been having aches for the longest and yonathan really was brilliant with identifying what was wrong instantly and helping to untie the knots I had.. definitely need to continue the process to get rid of all of them.. the atmosphere was just amazing and friendly

I had a Ashiatsu massage where Stephen used his bare feet to apply pressure on the body while holding onto an overhead rope for balance. Unlike hands, feet allow for broad, consistent, and deep pressure to be applied to muscles, which helped relieve my chronic tension. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.
