Stephen was very welcoming and the practice room is exactly as shown in the photos. Water with fruit was offered, which was a nice touch.
For anyone looking for an intense deep-tissue massage to get into all of those nooks and crannies - this is for you!
The facial was more of a relaxation treatment than deep cleansing but pleasant nonetheless.

I booked the 60min massage plus Neal yards treatment deal but unfortunately the deal wasn't honoured because it was too late, which was obviously disappointing and clearly wasn't the best start for a massage. Checking his own price list on the wall confirmed he deliberately was going against the deal I bought through Treatwell.
Technically very good and it felt great, a nice set up but there seems to be a gap between Treatwell and what time the add on deals will be honoured.
