The ambience of this place is wonderful. The music (which you get to choose!), scent, decor, and staff definitely give a peaceful, relaxed feeling.
I was nervous at first because I have never had a deep tissue massage, and I didn't know what to expect from this place. I was very pleased! It was a bit awkward at times, but overall the experience was great.
My only notes to anyone also looking to go here:
1. Take your shoes off when you walk in! I didn't know to do that and felt rude when he kindly asked me to after I had stomped around on his beautiful carpet.
2. Don't expect to go anywhere nice afterward if you have long hair. During the massage, he did a mini head massage. This would have been great, but he had oil on his hands so my hair ended up really messy and greasy. My own bad for not knowing what to expect!
