I had never had an Ayurvedic treatment before but I was completely blown away by the wonderful and more holistic approach to deep tissue work - I came away with the same level of muscle relief but a deeper feeling of relaxation and restoration. Clara is absolutely excellent and I will most certainly be back. The only minor criticism is that the room is near a road so you occasionally hear passers by/ cars. This didn’t Particularly bother me but I know that it would some.
