Really great massage for stretching all of those tight areas that you never stretch if you sit at a desk all day or you don't get to enough yoga or pilates classes. The room and particularly the music helps you lose yourself in the sensations of the massage. I felt able to let Stephen know if the pressure was too firm or if I felt a stretch could go no further and he was able to adjust the pressure or ease off on a stretch immediately. If you like shiatsu or just need help to get a good stretch I highly recommend seeing Stephen for a Thai Yoga Massage. It left me feeling much looser limbed immediately afterwards and surprisingly good the next day. Thanks Stephen
