Venue is very beautiful and tranquil. Loved the rooms which feels like I'm back in Thailand. The back massage was fantastic, the footbath did not do much for me. The therapist was great. The receptionist was a little rough.

Awful. 20 minutes late to start and left hanging around in a robe. Awful massage technique that was so bad I asked to end early. When I subsequently spoke to manageress she was unapologetic, bolshy and rude. There are may places that are better in the west end and far better value.
