Really well presented place. The hair salon is small but feels intimate and the two staff members were really friendly. They served fabulous Thai tea. I was really happy with the haircut and as I was using a voucher, the price was great!
The place itself looks great, staff were friendly and courteous.
But. The pedicure with shellac removal and application was scheduled for an hour and took 2 hours. The layout of the pedicure section was terrible, uncomfortable for me and the therapist as well. It felt like I was in a friend's house. And the pedicure was only some cuticle work, no taking off dead skin. That was very disappointing. The pain work is pretty. The choice of shellac colour was also not great. I don't think I will go back again
I had been to the spa before when it was in Covent Garden, but the new site is even better, the facilities are lovely. My therapist was very talented and pleasant, although the language barrier occasionally caused confusion. I would definitely go back.
I had a really enjoyable experience in Thai square spa. This is the second time I had a massage by them but my previous one was in their old venue in Covent Garden. The new location is very central (just few steps to Trafalgar Sq) and very easy to find. The venue seems to be even bigger and beautifully decorated with a real Thai spa atmosphere.
My massage was on time and the receptionist was very helpful and polite when I arrived. The stress relief massage itself was exactly what I expected (it was deep, strong pressure concentrating on areas where I had some knots). The massage was preceded by the therapist washing me feet and giving me a cup of herbal tea. The therapy room was beautiful and spotless clean and my therapist was very good.
After the massage I was given another cup of herbal tea and was invited to relax on one of the reclining chairs in a relaxing areas which was great and meant I could take my time before getting ready to leave.
All in all I had a first class experience here and am already planning my next visit.
