Pleasant staff, looked after very quickly and a good job taking off my shellac - I have heard horror stories about the state of people’s nails after taking shellac off but Marcia did mine really well and my nails are fine!

The stylist did not look at my hair when dry or ask me what cut I wanted, instead took me straight to the sinks. If I hadn't paid in advance I would have walked out at this point. My hair is curly so looks completely different when wet than when dry -- unsurprisingly this meant I did not get the cut I wanted. I repeatedly asked for my hair to be dried curly, the stylist insisted on blow drying it straight saying "I won't charge extra" and "how will you see the shape of the cut if I don't dry it straight?" I wasn't worried about the price and already knew the cut was wrong, I just wanted to wear my hair in the style of my choosing. Eventually I gave up arguing. The blow dry was impressive -- it lasted two days. However I didn't want my hair straight and no heat protection products were used. No other products were offered either. I would not use this salon again. The stylist does what they want rather than what you want.
