Going down to the treatment rooms downstairs the ceilings were very low (im 5.6 and caught my head standing up in the end seat) and there are no dedicated nail spaces so I was essentially sat with a memory foam pillow on my knee. The lighting and music were relaxing though so at least you can zone out a bit and the manicurist was nice with good chat I had my shellac removed followed by a polish mani and it was clear my nails were quite thin from the gel. However the manicure wasn’t great. The edges on some of my nails were still a bit rough, the base coat wasn’t applied over my whole nail, the polish done in 2 thin coats, and no cuticle oil applied. 2 days on and my polish is already chipped and my cuticles are back on some nails. Overrall this place is open late so are handy if you need a quick fix, but if you have the time or want your nails to last longer than a day then I would go elsewhere
