Sara is always fantastic. I had a Thai combination massage and it was great. I left feeling a lot better than when I went in. Staff are friendly, environment is welcoming. Only thing is that if people are talking at the top of the stairs or in different rooms, you can hear this and it makes things a little less relaxing. Probably nothing to be done to fix this as I can appreciate why they have the relatively open plan layout that they do I.e. Some rooms have curtains and not doors.

Easy check in. Front of house staff was nice and pheasant. I experienced slight communication difficulties with the therapist but it’s nothing we couldn’t work out with a little effort. At one point the pressure on my calf was too intense and I asked the therapist to reduce the pressure but she kept going and didn’t stop until I had to express my pain vocally. My calf was hurting the next day. Other than that she was good and I enjoyed my massage.
